Premier League: Manchester City Beat Tottenham To regain Table Lead
Manchester City have returned to top of the table after securing 0-1 win in their Premier League match against Tottenham.
The visitors hit in the winning goal early into the match after Raheem Sterling received a long ball in the left side of the box, he took out a defender chasing down on him and squared a pass to Riyad Mahrez who smashed a side footed shot to the post.
Late into the match, Spurs came close to getting an equaliser through Erik Lamela was one-on-one with City's goalkeeper and the post, but slam the ball over the bar.
City maintained unbeaten run to lead the table with 26 points, equal to that of Liverpool which follow in second position and Chelsea in third.
