Miami Heat could have stun their opponents with a late tip-in from Dwayne Wade to tie the game after a failed jumper but Kemba Walker snatched the game for Charlotte Hotnets in 0.5 sec with a free throw after a foul on Rodney McGruder to win by 112-113.
Heat started off in the first quarter scoring nine points to lead by 12 - 4, and thereafter, began to thrail behind Hornets which controlled the game from 28-23 through to the fourth quarter.
Kemba Walker led the score-line for Hornets with 39 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists followed by Rodney McGruder with 19 points, 10 rebounds and 2 assists, while wayne Wade led Miami Heat with 21 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assist.
