Jury Indicts Fabulous Of Assault On Emily B
The New Jersey grand jury handling alleged assault lawsuit issued against rapper Fabulous by Emily - mother of his two kids - has indicted him of four felony charge.
According TMZ, the jury indicted the Fab last week and his offence includes one count domestic violence with bodily injuries, one count of fiream possesion and two counts of threat to kill.
In March, the hip hop artist was involved in a brawl with his wife and her father. The dispute got so animated such that he threatened to kill them both.
In a footage released on line, the "Make Me Better" rapper was seen waging a scissors at his wife in rage. She also claimed he knocked out two of her front teeth.
However, it does not look like Emily would want Fabulous to be locked behind bars as New Jersey laws stipulate for third degree offence such as this case because they have been spotted together at many events after the incident.
