US Open 2018: Novak Djokovic Knocks Out Joao Sousa To Reach Quarter-finals

Novak Djokovic has reached the quarter-finals of the US Open.
In spite of health break down, the two-time champion yet battled through to have Joao Sousa defeated in straight sets by 6-3 6-4 6-3, maintaining unbeaten run in fifth ATP FedEx series with the Portuguese player.
Similar to what happened in his opening match with Marton Fucsovics, the world number six managed through complications with his bowel at the second and took timeout to use the loo. That was followed by another break down at the third set due to discomfort caused him by the harsh weather condition.
"There is a lot of biological clock that doesn't work in your favour like it does when you're 20," said Djokovic recalling taking timeout to sort his health out during the match "You have a team to get you ready, but sometimes you just have to survive."
Potentially, the Serb is set to take on Swiss player Roger Federer in his next match, provided the world number won his third round match with John Millman
