Premier League: West Ham Thrash Manchester United 3-1
It was a massive disappointment for Manchester United at West Ham where they were beaten 3-1 as Jose Mourinho's side recorded their third defeat in seven Premier League matches.
Right from the first half of the match, Hammers have made most of the game and recorded their first goal as early as in 5th minutes into match through Felipe Anderson who beat David Gea with a beautiful back flick shot from Pablo Zabaleta's cross.
Late into the half time, Andriy Yarmolenko's shot caught United's Victor Lindelof while in flight and was deflected into the post in 43rd minutes. In the second half, Marcus Rashford reduced the deficit and netted a goal for United with a skillfull backheel volley in 71st minutes after Shaw's corner.
United did try to get an equaliser in the first half but Romelu Lukaku's header to Ashley Young's cross in 23rd minutes hit the post.
Eventually, all hope of making a comeback was lost for the visitors when Hammer's forward Noble squared a pass through to Arnautovic who comfortably drilled a shot home from the centre of the box to finally sink the visitors in 74th minutes.
The Mourinho's side dropped the points to Hammer which are in 12 position with 7 points as pressure mounts on United's Portuguese manager from critics.
