After Alvaro's effort to save Chelsea, Russian Andriy Yarmelenko smashed a header to Robert Snodgrass' cross from close range in an effort to get a goal for West Ham, fortunately for the visitors the ball went wide.
Belgian Eden Hazard could not have his way with Hammers, neither could Brazilian Willian nor Olivier Giroud spring any surprises throughout the game.
At the end, Maurizio Sarri's side drew their first game in six fixtures, and remain in third place with 16 points behind Manchester City and Liverpool in EPL table.
