Premier League: Romelu Lukaku Scores Twice To Lead Manchester United To 2-0 Victory Over Burnley
It was a victory for Manchester United at Burnley, as they went away with the maximum points winning 2-0 in spite of playing one man down for the last 25 minutes.
Romelu Lukaku made the day for Red Devils sinking in two goals for his side before Marcus Rashford was red carded for his conduct with Burnley player Phil Bardsley in 701th minutes.
It all started when Alexis Sanchez let a superb cross into the box and Lukaku put his head to it for the opening goal in 26th minutes and doubled it before half time after a defensive error from Burnley's Tarkoski in 44th minutes.
United found a chance to nail in third goal from a penalty but Joe Hart stopped Paul Pogba's spot kick in 70th minutes.
Speaking after match, Jose Mourinho praised his team saying they would have scored up to "6,7 and 8, but the team was strong" and did well defending their half "even with 10 men for the last 20, 25 minutes."
