After playing seven Premier League matches, Manchester City maintain their unbeaten run as they conveniently beat Brighton & Hove Albion 2-0 at Etihad Stadium.
The PL defending champions let not much chances to their opponents in possession and controlled the game through to the full time.

Having won the match, the Pep Guardiola's side have leapfrogged to the top of the table to lead temporarily with 19 points over Liverpool and Chelsea.
