Maurizio Sarri Predicts Eden Hazard Can Be World Best Player
Chelsea Manager Maurizio Sarri is confident in his midfield player Eden Hazard, and his optimistic that he has the potential of becoming world best player if his current form persists.
The Belgian's performance has been remarkable since the beginning of the season, and having scored six goals in seven matches he has earned praise of many including his manager.
In Sarri's view having "seen only 70%, 75%, 80% of his potential," the 27-year-old who led his national team to win bronze at the Fifa World Cup in Russia has what it takes to "be the best in the world".
He continued to give his opinion on how he can achieve the feat saying that can happen "with more intensity in training. If he is able to improve in training, maybe he will be able to use himself at 100%. It is very difficult to compare him to other players. He is a genius. He's unique."
Hazard's late goal during Chelsea's match with Liverpool in EFL Carabao Cup, drowned their opponents at Anfield Stadium by 1-2, and Chelsea will host Reds at Stanford Stadium in their Premier League fixture on Saturday.
