Rapper Tyga Sues Lil Wayne And Birdman Over Unpaid Royalty For Albums Produced
Rapper Tyga is in legal face off with Lil Wayne and Birdman which has nothing to do with beef but royalty owed him for albums produced for the record labels won by the rappers.
Tyga argued in his legal docs that its all started in 2009 when he produced two Billboard charting albums "Careless World" (topped in No. 4) and "Hotel Cali" (topped in No. 7), based on the agreement that all royalty accrued to the albums will be his.
But all that ends in promise and not reality as neither Lil Wayne's label Young Money nor Birdman's Cash Money paid him what he's due to get, instead he was being played smart in what was paid him, according to TMZ.
The "Loyal" rapper is asking the court to demand the two labels in question cough out payment of his dues in full because all attempt he has made to have it redeemed failed.
Meanwhile, Birdman and Lil Wayne seemed to have their friendship back on track, and are taking steps to having their dispute squashed, as they both shared same stage in a concert at Weezyana Festival on Saturday.
Birdman, openly said when he came onstage, apologising to Lil Wayne who sued him for unpaid dues for "Mr Cater V" saying "I'm sorry".
