Manchester United Turn Down Barcelona's £45 Million Deal Offer For Paul Pogba
Paul Pogba will not be moving to Barcelona this summer as Manchester United declined £45 million deal offer for the Frenchman from the Spaniard club.
The 25-year-old joined United from Valencia on then record-breaking five year deal of £93.5 million in 2016, and has since been struggling to find impressive form at Old Trafford which Jose Mourinho has not been pleased with, but in July, he led France to their first World Cup title in 20 years.
According to Sky Sports in Italy, the player's agent Mino Raiola has been making efforts to ensure both clubs work out a deal on his client, but United are opposed to letting go of the player.
Since, United are not ready to let go of the World Cup winning footballer, Barcelona's bid may have just taking its soft landing as their offer for Chelsea's winger Willian did not succeed.
However, even if both clubs agreed to do a deal for the Frenchman, they will have until Thursday to wrap it up because Premier League summer transfer window closes earlier than Spain's La Liga which lasts until month end August 31.
