Jose Mourinho Maintains Manchester United Tactically Were Better Side Than Tottenham In Spite Of Defeat

Jose Mourinho has nothing to be ashamed of losing to Tottenham by a margin of three goals to nil, instead he praised the team for being tactically solid throughout the match.
The Portuguese, 55, believes his team is united with him, insisting that comparing both teams tactically, they were better of than their opponent.
"We worked very very well during the week. We prepare [for] game very well. We played very well, the players had fantastic attitude," said Mourinho at a post-match press interview when asked how they got it wrong with Tottenham.
"I think everyone could feel that one goal could change the game. I think Tottenham felt it and we were feeling that too and the third goal came in and killed the match," he added
When asked if the team loss by the way they prepare for the match during the week, he maintained that they "worked all week".
He then explained how they were better team than Spurs saying from "strategic point of view we didn't lose. By the tactical point we didn't lose but we lost the game but all our fans don't read papers."
Acknowledging his fans support, he praised them for how they were cheered on during the game, adding that "I don't think it's normal to lose at home but they supported us by the way they did."
Manchester United have now loss two matches consecutively, their first game defeat was by Brighton & Hove Albion which won 3-2 at Falmer Stadium on 19th August.
United's start off this season has been deemed their worse in 26 years, in spite of that Mourinho maintained that he is still the best person for the job as he said at a post-match press conference explaining that "three means three Premierships, and I've won more Premierships alone than the other 19 managers all together."
