Jay-Z And Beyonce "OTR II" Concert Invader Faces Two Count Charge Of Simple Battery, Disorder Conduct
The concertgoer who invaded the stage at Jay-Z and Beyoncé concert in Mercedes Benz Stadium, Atlanta, is facing two-count charge of simple battery and disorder conduct.
The police department in statement, explained that the 26-year-old man is facing the two count charge offence because by invading the stag, he caused panic attack for the crowd and back dancers, and for that reason, he bagged "disorder conducted" along with "simple battery".
The fan stormed the stage just at the moment the Carters were leaving the stage, running after them causing backing dancers to chase up to stop him from his intended unscrupulous act.
He later was stopped by security guards which were well positioned behind the stage, and was hand over to the police.
However, the couple were said to be in good condition and unhurt according to their publicist Yvette Noel-Schure who wrote in a caption to picture update on her Instagram account saying "@beyonce and JAY-Z on stage tonight in Atlanta. Thank you to all the fans for your concern. They are fine and looking forward to the show tomorrow."
News about the stage invasion came up when a witness posted online footage of the incident from the concert and it could be seen how the atmosphere changed as dancers ran after a fan who made his way up the stage and chased after the couple.
Fortunately, the chaos caused by the unnamed man could not impede on the show which was already closing when he ruched up onstage.
