Swiss Open 2018: Matteo Berettini Wins Career First Tour Level Title In Gstaad

Matteo Berettini has won his career first tour level title, he defeated Roberto Bautista Agut in straight sets 7-6 (9) 6-4 in the final to claim Swiss Open title in Gstaad.
The Italian, 22, who has never made it to quarter-final at tour-level, in a match that lasted for an hour and 45 minutes, fought through tie-break at the opener with the Spaniard and proceeded to claim a break at the second set to win the final.
It did not stop for the world no. 84, he also teamed with his countryman Daniele Bracciali in men's double final, and both reached the final and defeated Ukrainian side of Denys Molchanov and Igor Zelenay to win the ATP Challenger title.
Speaking about claiming his career's first ever tour level title and winning men's double final, he said he kept "focus" to ensure getting a win at both events.
"I am really happy, I have to focussed because of the doubles [final] and not think about this, but I am really happy," he said.
