Kim K. West Sued For Trademark Infringement After Making $5 Million At Launch Of Her New KKW Beauty Line
Kim West is smiling to the bank as her new line of KKW fragrance turned out to be a huge successful right from the same day she dropped it.
On Tuesday, the mother-of-three released the new set of products - Kimoji Peach, Cherry and Vibes - and on social media she announced the new range to her millions of followers in an update.
According to sources, in just five minutes after the launch, her bank account suddenly grew by a whooping $5 million - that was what she made in 5 minutes bonanza only.
Whilst she was celebrating the success, a lawsuit landed accusing her ripping off a media company's logo for one of products -Vibes fragrance.
Vibes Media claimed KKW used their speech-like logo in the making of the bottle for her Vibes fragrance.
The plaintiff, in the suit demands that be bottles be stopped and destroyed but it infringed on their trademark without being permitted to do so.
