T.I Doles Out $75,000 To Settle Wages Owed Restaurant Employees

Rapper T.I has coughed out loads of money to nine of his restaurant employees in unpaid wages who were made redundant after it closure in 2016.
The Atlanta-born artist reportedly doled out $8,333.33 (£6,283) to each of the nine employees of his Atlanta-based Scale 925 restaurant which in total is $75,000 (£56,000), and adding the solicitor fee of $25,000 on top, it rounds it up to be $100,000 (£75,380).
According to the TMZ, nine of eleven employees of the defunct restaurant, dragged Tip to court over claims that they were owed unpaid wages, and also their pay off when the restaurant closed.
The successful rapper unfortunately could not do the same at the restaurant because his restaurant manager was alleged of being a thieving one who would often load his wallet with the takings instead of remit it into the company's account.
