Stuttgart Open: Roger Federer Beats Argentine Guido Pella To Reach Semi-finals

It was another successful match for Roger Federer who has reached the semi-finals after defeating his Argentine opponent Guido Pella in straight sets by 6-4 6-4 at the MercedesCup in Stuttgart.
The world ranked no. 2 dominated and well controlled the match over the Argentine, hitting the ball deep-inside the court with his forehand and using drop-shots to get more point of his opponent during a game that lasted for over an hour.
The Swiss moves close to regaining the world no. 1 ranking having won the match and also remained unbeaten by Guido has not been beaten by Guido in their four encounters.
He will in the semi-final either Spaniard and 2017 Queens Open winner Feliciano Lopez or Aussie Nick Kyrgios on Saturday.
