DJ Khaled Takes Company To Court For Attempting To Trademark His Son's Name
DJ Khaled is not having what a company has been doing with his son's name and his getting into legal battle for it.
The hitmaker has dragged the company in question, Curtis Bordenave and his Company, Business Consulting, to court for making clothes in hisson's name, and also attempting to filled for an application to have the name trademarked.
According to TMZ, the legal document obtained revealed that Curtis intended to get trademark for "Asahd Couture," "Asahd," and "We The Best Lifetsyle," which Khaled claimed will in the way of using his son's name in his upcoming clothing line "Haddad Brands".
However, music producer demands that Curtis Bordenave stop the unscrupulous practice with his son's name - just as it reportedly did with celebrities such as "Cardi B", "Cynthia Bailey Eyewear" and even Kylie's daughter "Stormi Couture", and wants whatever has been made in profit with the name to be paid to him.
