Lauryn Hill To Celebrate 20th Anniversary of "Miseducation of Lauryn Hill" With Europe and UK Tour
It has been 20 years since Lauryn Hill released her hit album "Miseducation of Lauryn Hill," and she wants to celebrate it landmark success with a tour of UK and Europe later in the year.
The former Refugee femcee in a statement said the album "chronicled an intimates piece" of her young age which is a "summation of most, if not all" of her most valuable time of her musis career.
She went further to talk about the present day world and how it has changed from what she used to know and holds the notion that its "in need of the balance between moral fortitude and energy cathartic expression."
The 6-time Grammy awards wining artist, 42, will kick off the tour with the European-leg beginning in Oslo, Norway on Novermber 15, and that will be followed by dates in Belgium, France, the UK and Ireland, Holland, Denmark and ends it in Sweden.
The UK and Ireland-leg of the tour will begin in Glasgow on November 23 and ends in London at the O2 Arena on December 3.
