Internazional BNL d'Italia: Rafael Nadal Escapes Italy's Fabio Fognini Onslaught To Reach Semi-final

Rafael Nadal made it through after dropping the opener to Italy's Fabio Fognini before making an incredible comeback to win and reach the semi-finals of the internazional BNL d'Italia.
