District Attorney Drags Meek Mill Back To Court, As Judge Declines Request To Remove Genece Brinkley From Case

Whilst everyone thought Meek Mill's case is done and dusty, one district attorney is like saying 'nah, there is yet one more turn to make' - the Philly rapper would not like that.
In the legal document filed in, the attorney  claimed a new trial is necessary because the officer alleged of corruption by the  "Wins and Losses" rapper needs to stand trial for his own credilibility which he conceded is necessary during the court proceedings over the rapper's case.
As obtained by the TMZ, the attorney stated in the legal document filed in that "In light of recent disclosure regarding this officer's misconduct, the Common wealth is not able to stand behind the credibility of his trial testimony at this time. Accordingly, the Commonwealth concede that a new trial is necessary."
This part if the case was left out by Judge Genece Brinkley who would not allow hearing on it when the attorney mentioned it because it was not part of the trial on her table.
Meanwhile, Mill's legal team wanted Judge Brinkley to be removal from the case on the ground that she is bias, but a Philly judge Leon Tucker declined the rapper's request on the ground that he has no jurisdiction to do so.
