Diddy's Son Quincy Brown Hints On Reasons The Rapper's Interests In Art
Who else could have been a better source to tell Diddy's reason for buying a portrait for $21.1 million than a member of his family.
The music mogul's adopted son Quincy Brown was approached in L.A by a team from TMZ, and was asked if he knew what could have prompted the rapper to dole out such amount of money for a piece of artwork.
The 27-year-old actor and recording said in response to TMZ that "he's done it all. What is left...collecting art. It is welcome...He's actually doing his research [on art] to step into it and be a big dogg in there."
He added that chances are his father has museum in view as he said, "this is the first pace to the museum."
Last week, the Bad Boy Records producer/owner bought a portrait "Past Times" from Kerry James Marshall's gallery which was sold on auctioned at Sotheby's for $21.1 million [£15.7 million].
