Belarus' Dinamo Brest Appoint Diego Maradonna As Chairman On Three-year Deal
Belarusian side Dinamo Brest has appointed Argentina legend Diego Maradona as the chairman of the club on a three-year deal.
The 63-year-old World Cup winner will assume the position at the club after the completion of the 2018 World Cup tournament in Russia.
Maradonna, who led Argentina to the 1986 World Cup trophy victory in Mexico, picked up coaching career after his retirement 1997, and was in-charge of the country's national team as manager between 2008 and 2010.
He later joined the UAE side Al-Wasl as club manager for one year before moving to Al Fujaira where he resigned last month.
