Artist Sues Nicki Minaj For Using His Inverted Heart Design
Nicki Minaj may want to show off her pride in her boobs and make them into a logo in form of inverted heart shape, but that has got her into an infringement lawsuit with someone who already has done that.
One artist, Isaiah Simon, has filed a suit against the "Barbie Tingz" raptress for willfully using the inverted heart design on her T-shirt and bikinis, despite knowing that it already exit.
Simon claimed the design has been trademarked the logo since 2015 before the femcee used it on her T-shirts as "I love (in inverted love sign) Nicki" which he already has on a merchandise as "I Love Venice Beach."
The concept original owner, Simon, in the lawsuit filed, demands from the court that Nicki and Universal Music be stopped from further use of the design, and all proceeds made from it be paid to him.
