Floyd Mayweather Escapes Gun Violence As Shooter Targets Bodyguard
Floyd Mayweather's bodyguard has been rushed to the hspital after sustaining injuries from a shooting at happened at international Buckhead Atlanta hotel on Monday.
The bodyguard who has been identified as Greg La Rosa was shot at while returning to the hotel from club in three vehicle when another vehicle pulled up and fired multiple shots at them at about 3.00 a.m.
The vehicle conveying Rosa was actually the targeted one but all three vehicles quickly raced off from the scene as the attacker's car chased on.
However, the Atlanta Police department have not identity the culprit(s) but it reported that the manner of the attack suggested Rosa was the prime target.
"At this time, it appears that this was not a random shooting and the shooter was targeting the victim's vehicle," the police department says in it statement.
The victim has been taken Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta where he is currently been treats and reports say he condition is stable and expected to recover soon.
