Champions League: Pep Guardiola Describes Liverpool As "Fantastic And Complicated" Side To Play With
Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has come out to make an admission about Liverpool ahead of their encounter in the quarter of the Champions League on Wednesday.
Liverpool are the team to interrupt the Spaniard's squad unbeaten run in 4-1 win at Anfield stadium in January.
Pep believes that his opponents are "complicated" side for his team, and the trio forward are "almost unstoppable" - the persons of Mohammad Salah, Mane Sadio and Firmino.
"It's not just Salah. Mane and Firmino, all three, they are almost unstoppable. They are fantastic," Pep said in ambition.
Recalling how his team was beaten by Liverpool in the Premier League, Pep described his counterparts as a "quick and tough" side.
"Liverpool...so complicated for us," he said in recall of their last encounter "They are so quick, they are so too and it is tough. But it is the quarter finals of the Champions League so we cannot expect, at that level, that something is going to be easy."
This may be true going by the profile of the Liverpool's forwards which has scored 75 goals altogether this season - Salah only has scored 38 goals since joining the Liverpool in summer.
