Champions League: Manchester City Endure 3-0 Defeat To Liverpool In The Quarter-Final First Leg Tie
Liverpool have proven they are "almost unstoppable" for Manchester City which they defeated 3-0 at Anfield stadium in the Champions League quarter-final first leg on Wednesday.
City had more possession than Liverpool, but it defense got over-powered by the host side's trio-forward - Mo Salah, Sadio Mane and Firmino including Oxlade-Chamberlain.
Salah opened the score-line, completing an effort from Firmino with a shot to the post from the box in 13th minutes, and former Arsenal player Oxlade-Chamberlain doubled in 20th minutes it with a shot from 20-yard.
The match got complicated for City when Mane Sadio (Liverpool) headed home Salah's cross from right wing in 31th minutes.
Late into game, City's forward Gabriel made a effort to get a consolation goal but it went wide.
