Champions League: Jurgen Klopp Describes Beaten Manchester City As "Coming Through The Whirlwind

Liverpool kicked out their Premier League counterpart Manchester City and Reds manager Jurgen Klopp described that as "coming through the whirlwind."
The German, 50, led his team to won both quater final ties comfortably by 5-1 on aggregate as his counterpart Pep Guardiola was red carded in second-leg tie 2-1 defeat at Etihad stadium on Tuesday.
"We scored five against Man City and only conceded one. These numbers are usually not possible," he admitted the challenges of winning by big margin.
Gabriel Jesus had put Manchester City in the lead in the second-leg tie before Salah pull back a goal for Liverpool and Firmino capitalised on Otamendi's error to complete the victory.
"We had two or three opportunities in the first half already, so it was easy for me and the boys to see development of the game. We had come through the whirlwind," he recalled.
