Barcelona Open: Rafael Nadal Thrashes Stefanos Tsitsipas To Claim 11th Title In Barcelona
Rafael Nadal has won his 11th title at the Barcelona Open after beating Greece teenager Stefanos Tsitsipas in the final.
The Spaniard and world no. 1 has won yet again tournament without dropping after doing the same at Rolex Monte Carlo Masters in France.
The 31-year-old extended his unbeating run to 44th consecutive win after conveniently thrashing Tsitsipas, 19, in straight sets 6-1 6-2 which lasted for just about an hour.
The acclaimed "all-time best on clay" won his career 401th clay-court match for his 11th title in Barcelona and his second title of the year and will be preparing for yet another tournament in Madrid Open which is scheduled to kick off on May 7th.
