England's Ben Proud broke personal best and set new Games record as he finished atop in 21.35sec in the final of the Men's 50m freestyle in Queensland, Australia.
Benjamin, 23, broke is personal best and Games record of 21.45sec he had set, topping that in the final for the gold medal in new time.
