2018 World Indoor Championships: Courtney Okolo Wins Gold Medal For United States In Women's 400M
United States' Courtney Okolo claimed the gold medal in Women's 400M as Great Britain's Eildh Doyle won bronze medal at the Championships in Birmingham.
Okolo kept the lead the pace from the first lap finish fastest in 50.55 seconds, as her compatriot S. Wembley came off from behind to out run Doyle at the last lapse, and finished in the second poaition for silver in 51.47 second ahead.
The 24-year-old won an olympic gold medal in the women's 4×400m in Rio de Janeiro 2016 and global gold at World Indoor Championships in 2016.
