Manchester City are through to the quarter final of the Champions League on aggregate of 5-2 after losing 1-2 to FC Basel in the last-16 second-leg tie at Etihad stadium.
City had beaten the Swiss side 4-0 in the first-leg tie, and losing by the margin of 1-2 could not undo their qualification to the quarter final.
Danilo laid a low-cut cross to Gabriel Jesus who tapped in the ball from the centre of the box to put City in the lead in 7th minutes before Basel's Mohamed Elyounoussi put a goal back for an equaliser in 14th minutes.
