Louis van Gaal Blames Manchester United Players For His Woes At The Club, Says They Ignored His Emails

Louis van Gaal  blamed his former Manchester United players for his woes at the club because they found it difficult to read emails and respond to messages he sent to them.
The 66-year-old made this known in a German publication Bild, that he had a "digital tracker" to allow him to follow each player's progress but the messages he sent were often ignored.
"I developed the digital tracker with my IT man. Each player was able to log in. So I gave everyone the opportunity to prepare for conversation with me at home and to meet me in dialogue at eye level," he said.
Speaking about the how often his messages were ignored at United he said "this testifies to their lack of professionalism and I have then addressed them."
He said about doing the same at Bayern Munich that he "already did that with the email...My conviction is that a full professional also want to live professionally. Like Arjen Robben. He read the emails."
The Netherlands manager led United to their first FA Cup is 12 years but was replaced two days after winning the trophy by his Portuguese counterpart Jose Mourinho. He spent two seasons at the club.
