The 33-year-old reality show star have not given any indication of her baby's moniker, and one thing known is that she is having a girl child with her NBA star boyfriend Tristan Thompson.

Khloe, in a picture post to her Instagram only mentioned her sister Kylie Jenner's friend Sasha Samsonova in the caption.

The picture seemed to have been taking in her mansion in Calabasas.
In another picture, she posed in a raunchy picture in a bed with her boyfriend nd baby father Tristan - this was also taking by Samsonova.
