Kanye West Loses Bid To Extend Yeezy Boost To Clothing Items

Kanye West has bid to extend trademark for Yeezy boots for other products has been outmaneuvered by a Chinese company.
The rapper filed in an applications to extend the use of his brand name Yeezy to clothing items which he solely use for his footwear  since 2013, but unfortunately learnt it has already been done by Fijian Baby Network Technology Co.
Yeezy could have included clothing items in his application in 2017, but it was left out in the document for whatever reasons best known to him.
Apparently, Kanye can only have exclusive rights to the brand for his Addidas/Yeezy boots as the Chinese company now got a slice of his trademark in a swift move.
