David Beckham is obviously no average sportsman and his net worth speaks for him.
The former England international who retired from international engagement in 2013, was one of the highest paid football players during his career.
He started his  sporting career with English club Manchester United in 1991, where he played for 11 season before moving to Real Madrid on $42 million (£30.8 million). After playing four seasons he joined American L.A Galaxy for $250 million (£179.3m).
He also played for A.C Milan and at Paris St-Germain where he ended his career in 2013.
According to Celebrity Net Worth, the father-of-four is estimated to have $450 million (£322.8m) in net worth.
The 42-year-old  makes his money from sponsorship, modelling deals, venturing into liquor business Haig Club and also co-own an American football team called Futbol Miami.
