Premier League: Mo Salah Scores Double As Harry Kane's Late Goal Rescues Spurs (Liverpool 2 2 Tottenham)
Liverpool nearly had the day from Mo Salah's effort until Tottenham in a comeback managed to get a draw from spot-kick Harry Kane converted late in the game at Anfield stadium.
Early in the match, Salah had put Reds in the lead having scored in 3rd minutes, capitalising on Eric Dier's error to score his 20th league goal this season.
That lead they held on to until 80th minutes when Victor Wanyama powered a shot from outside the box to equalise for Tottenham.
Spurs had chance to double the lead from penalty conceded by Liverpool's keeper Loris Karius and saved Harry's spot kick.
Salah soon found a chance in the six yard box and made it second goal in 90+1 minutes, but that was equalised as Harry converted penalty conceded by Erik Lamela in 90th+5 minutes.
Liverpool still keep maintain their third position with 51 points in the table as Tottenham remained in fifth with 49 points behind Chelsea in fourth position.
