Kendrick Lamar And SZA Draggged To Court For Sampling An Artist Artwork In Black Panther Music Video "All The Star"

Kendrick Lamar and SZA did a good job in the music video "All The Star" used to promote "Black Panther" but someone has spotted a foul play from artists for sampling her artwork in the video.
One Lina Iris Viktor has filed a lawsuit against both artists for copy infringement of her artwork which is used in the movie's soundtrack without her approval.
Viktor claimed she declined request from the movie reps when they approached her in 2016 to use her artwork in the video, and they went on to do what is a sample from the original.

She alleged the video copied elements of her work such as "distinctive "unique look and feel" of her works, "stylized motifs of mythical animals" geometry, background, texture and pattern.
She is seeking to get court injunction to stop Kendrick and SZA from using her work in the music video for violation of federal law and damages to work her artwork.
