Usher's Herpes Virus Accuser Sues Insurance Broker, Company For Health Details Release Without Consent

One of Usher Raymond's herpes virus accusers is back again and this time, she is not going after the pop singer over the virus but her insurance broker for giving out her health details. 

Laura Helm who had her lawsuit against Usher squashed, is now going after her broker whom she  accused in a lawsuit of giving out her "private sensitive health information" without her consent. 

According the TMZ, she blamed her broker for defamation she suffered having learned her medical information was posted up online on a blogsite which accused of being involved in insurance fraud.

she alleged her insurance broker with whom she applied for an insurance policy, took a screenshot of her application forms ,and gave it to three companies he represents which reportedly were United Healthcare, Blue Cross and Blue Shield & Shield of Louisiana.

There has not been information about what she's demanding for in her lawsuit presently.
