Suge Knight Accuses L.A Police, Prosecution Of Eavesdropping On His Phone

Former Death Row Records mogul Suge Knight, has filed a motion against the prosecution and the L.A County Sherriffs' Department handling his case, for eavesdropping on his conversations with his lawyers over the phone.
According to sources, the 52-year-old ex producer alleged there has been activities of eavesdropping on every conversation between him and his lawyers by the police and wanted the court to squash every order allowing the L.A County and prosecutors to "abuse" their power.
Knight and his legal team alleged in a motion filed to Los Angeles Suprior Court, that the order to eavesdrop on him was granted by disqualified judges, and based on that ground, wanted all court orders from last year to be thrown out to allow fair trail.
"The prosecution and Sheriffs have secretly listened to every word the undersigned has spoken to the Defendant." .
"Using a void orders from disqualified judges, the prosecution and Sheriffs currently continued to this day to listen to every word the undersigned speaks to the Defendant...This is abuse of power described herein," Knight lawyers alleged in motion filed.
The former producer is facing a murder and attempted murder for running over two person with his truck in Compton, California 2015, trail of which is set for hearing next week.
