Premier League: Sergio Aguero Nets Hat-Trick As Manchester City Beat Newcastle United 3-1
Manchester City regained their strong lead with 12 points, as Argentine Sergio Aguero scored a hat-trick to put his side back in winning form at their 3-1 match win over Newcastle United at Etihad stadium on Saturday.
Last Saturday, City lose 4-1 to Liverpool at Anfield stadium having gone straight 20 matches unbeaten which is one of the longest unbeaten run in EPL in recent time.
Aguero opened the score-line for City in 34th minutes when he headed in cross from Kevin Bruyne's goal attempt.
After the break, City doubled their lead in the 63rd minutes when Aguero converted penalty conceded by Newcastle's Javier Manquillo on Raheem Sterling, and completed his second hat-trick of the season in 83rd minutes, with Leroy Sane's assist he pulled a left shot through from the box centre.
The 29-year-old Argentina international has score eleven hat-tricks since his career at City, and in this season has scored 22 goals as Manchester City leads in the table with 65 points.
