Pele's Representative Dismisses As Untrue Reports Of Collapse, Hospitalization Of The Football Legend

Football legend Pele, has dismissed as untrue the reports that he collapsed, and was as a result hospitalised in Brazil through his representative Jose Fornos Rodrigues. 

Jose made known in an interview with Reuter, that there was no incident of hospitalization of the 77-year-old, but he didn't just want to get on the "long trip to London", where he was meant to host a dinner with Football Writers Association on Sunday. 

"He just didn't want to make a long and stressful trip to London," he said about Pele "in and out of who knows how many planes and airports. That's all."

On Friday, it was reported that the third-time FIFA World Cup winner collapsed from severe exhaustion, and was rushed to a medical centre where he was being treated. That development has been declared as false about the iconic football legend.
