Oprah Winfery's Home Devastated By Mudslide

Mudslide that happened in Santa Barbara, Southern California, has devastated property belonging to Oprah Winfrey, just days after her acceptance speech for Cecil B. DeMille award she won at Golden Globes, has landed her as prospect for the United States' 2020 Presidential election.
The producer's home and her neighbour's were mud soaked and full of debris carried along by the mudslide which was caused by heavy rain - it has reportedly claimed about 17 lives.
The 63-year-old presenter shared pictures of the minor damages her home suffered from the slide and of Southern California fire raging close to her Instagram account on Wednesday.
"What a day! Pray for our community again in Santa Barbara," she requested from her fans in a caption to her picture "WOke up to this blazing gas fire, then swipe left to see how deep the mud is in my backyard. Helicopters rescuing my neighbours. Looking for missing persons. 13 lives lost. #Mudslid."
"Thanks everyone for your prayers and concern. My property is fine. Some mud and minor damages that pales in comparison to what my neighbours are going thru. #mudslide,"she captioned the picture of her home. 
Oprah's neighbourhood is in the proximity of area to the wildfire ravaging the areas of Southern California which has left burned more than 280,000 acres of land.
