NAACP Awards 2018: "Black-ish" Tops Winners List As Ava DuVernay Gets The Entertainer of the Year, "Power" Wins Outstanding Drama
The 49th NAACP Image Awards ceremony which was held at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium, California on Monday night, saw Ava DuVernay take home the Entertainer of the Year award as ABC comedy series "Black-ish" made most of the night with four awards.
British actor Idris Elba also made the winners list with two awards, winning Outstanding Actor in a Television/Movie for "Guerrilla" and Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Motion Picture for "Thor: Ragnarok".
Rapper/producer Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson's drama series had a good time at the ceremony winning three awards and among them is Outstanding Drama Series for "Power".
