Migos' Quavo Drops Video Clip Of "Culture" Version Of National Anthem
This version of the United States' National Anthem might not be played at any national event but as for fans of trio rap group Migos, that is what they demanded from the artists.
In last summer, Migos were hit with request from many of their fans to give the country's National Anthem a redefinition or could one say hip hop remix, and here they've got their demand met as Quavo dropped a video clip on his social media account.
On the Martin Luther Jr. day, he captioned a video clip of the movement with MLK and two other activists tweeted as "Culture National Anthem", and rapped as followed:
"We don't need stripes cause we got bright stars/We gone still fight for that race car/When you do right, it's cause you work hard/They gone divide us all, that's when you fall apart/Tryna save the world, but it ain't my job."
It seemed like the Hip Hop culture is about to give a facelift to the country's National Anthem, obviously it's not going to get legislative approval.
