Diddy Wants To Buy Carolina Panthers For The Sake Of African-Americans

As everyone already know, that Sean "Diddy" Combs wants to buy the Carolina Panthers, but giving his reason for his moves to own a league, in his words has more to do about his country especially his community than it is to do with him.
The New York-based mogul was speaking in an interview on "The Breakfast Club" and when asked about reasons for going for league ownership, he pointed out that his purpose is to ensure a squad is own by African-Americans, and that to him is good for his country.
It was never about me buying the Panthers, it was always about we," he clarified "It was always about we need a team."
He admitted to pessimistic views of his capability to own a league that is worth more $2billion, which on the contrary, he's not banking on himself alone but by the way of working with a team of interested persons, he believed a purchase can be finalised eventually.
"I jumped out there to make sure that they understood that they have to consider some black ownership right now with 80%, 70% of the league being African-American. It's just time," he said.
As earlier reported, NFL free-agent quarter-back player Colin Kaepernick and NBA player Stephen Curry had indicated their interest in joining the rapper/entrepreneur to buy the squad.
