D Banj Honoured With Chieftancy Title

Nigerian pop singer Dapo Oyebanjo otherwise known as D Banj has received a chieftaincy title "Enyi Ka Nwanne" from the monarch of Amuzi Obowo, Imo State.
The singer who was dressed in the tribe's traditional attire at the ceremony, was joined by the General Manager of DKM Media Franklin Spice, his business partner Mr Damian Ifeanyi Okoroafor, Omotola Jalade, Tonto Dikeh and other well-wishers.  

The 37-year-old artist made known his title conferment with pictures posted to his social media on Friday, and captioned one upload to Instagram: "Egweji...The Enyi Ka Nwanne of Amuzi Obowo."

The "It's Not A Lie" singer also expressed his joy at receiving the title as he wrote saying:"Nothing is impossible, we are just too scared. Try...You are an incredible gift to the world if only you can stop complaining and start doing!"
