Angelina Jolie's "Maleficient 2" Filming Date Set For Spring

Filming of Angelina Jolie's "Maleficient 2" is reportedly said to commence in Spring, and the actress is set to star as the film's namesake in the sequel. 

The film production which according to Omega Underground, will be kicking off in London on April 16th, is already in it pre-production, having Joachim Ronning  from "Marco Polo" as the director and Patrick Tatopoulous as the production designer.

"We have been working on the spring and this is going to be a really strong sequel," Jolie was quoted as saying. 

The 42-year-old actress was previous linked to a role with Universal studios' "Bride of Frankenstein" but it happens that the filming was put on hold, and for that reason she became free to continue with Maleficient sequel.
