Netflix Film 'Bright' Rakes In 11 Million Viewers On Opening Weekend

Will Smith's film directed by David Ayer "Bright" defiled critics as it debuted it first streaming weekend on Netflix with about 11 million viewers.
The film addressed issues surround racial discrepancies in the US and has for that got criticised for it storyline, but later gathered supports from is fans and that includes Chicago-born Chance The Rapper.
The orc cop film beat 'The Crown' to third position with more than 3 million viewers from the United States, and trailing behind it in second position is 'Strange Things'  according to sources (via Variety).
Meanwhile, Strange Things' recorded about 15.3 million viewers at the same period, but Neflix disregarded that because it suspect wide margin of error could have come from the third party's viewer tracking methods.
This is because method by which viewers were being tracked which considered audio-based technology only without considering other medium viewer could have used like laptops and mobile devices in collating it figures.
Netflix are reported to have being in talks with the film director David Ayer and Will Smith for a sequel.
