Lionel Messi Wins Alfredo Di Stefano And Pichichi Trophy As Andres Iniesta Receives National Team's Most Valuable Player's Award

FC Barcelona forward Lionel Messi has won the Alfredo Di Stefano trophy, and also for the fourth time "Pichichi” trophy at an awards ceremony held by the Marca sports newspaper.
On Monday, the 30-year-old Argentine was voted for the award amongst other contestants in acknowledgement of the ace's goals scored in the league during the 2016/17 which he topped with 37 goals.
Also joining the Argentine in award recipients was his team-mate Andres Iniesta, who won the Most Valuable Player of Spain’s National Team while Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Jan Oblak won the Zamora Trophy for the second.
